Client Success & Strategic Leadership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients, providing strategic direction and pioneering innovative solutions.
  • Lead strategic workshops, discovery sessions, and planning initiatives to identify opportunities and deliver measurable business impact.

Team Leadership & Development

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the account team to ensure strong performance and continuous improvement.
  • Guide strategic direction for major accounts while influencing strategy across the entire client portfolio.
  • Facilitate high-impact planning sessions, brainstorming workshops, and strategy development meetings.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to shape organizational vision, operational processes, and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide senior-level consultation to clients and internal teams.
  • Contribute to financial planning, including forecasting and resource management.
  • Support talent recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts.
  • Translate data, insights, and reporting into actionable strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in marketing, communications, or advertising, ideally within an agency or multi-client environment.
  • Demonstrated success growing strategic client relationships and delivering meaningful business outcomes.
  • Deep expertise in integrated, multi-channel marketing across digital, traditional, and emerging platforms.
  • Strong command of analytics and emerging technologies, including AI-driven tools for insight generation and performance optimization.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, including forecasting, resource planning, and profitability management.
  • Proven ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in sectors such as financial services, hospitality, consumer packaged goods, or nonprofits is a plus.
